Spire Design Group has focused its work on revitalizing aging communities within the state of Michigan. Many of our more prominent projects are in-fill developments that are designed to help promote walkability and a vibrant streetscape. Providing missing middle housing options through our thoughtful designs help these communities to provide multiple housing options for all residents.
